VVS maintains an ongoing dialog with about 40 separate transit organizations in order to coordinate
services and generate an inclusive, coherent, and consistent timetable.
The guiding principles for this effort are:
Planning the frequency and consistency of service according to transit needs,
Providing adequate seating,
Observing uniform standards in serving comparable areas within the region,
Offering good connections between the different lines.
