There are approximately 900 ticket vending machines dispensing VVS tickets throughout the VVS territory. In addition to bank notes and coins, all vending machines also accept electronic payment such as credit cards and Smart Cards.

The Württ. Eisenbahn-Gesellschaft mbH (WEG) VVS vending machines accept cash as well as the Smart Card. The same applies to the two Pflieger vending machines in the Sindelfingen main bus station.
