Information Counters in Stuttgart Airport

As of August 13, 2004, Stuttgart airport is the first German airport with a modern, professional "Welcome Information Center" for tourists, offering a comprehensive range of services to airport guests.

Five trained customer service representatives of Stuttgart-Marketing GmbH staff the Welcome Information Center, taking turns in answering guests' questions and providing accurate information not only about the VVS and its entire range of services, but also about all the offerings of Baden-Württemberg's capital city and its attractive Adventure Region. They can give you VVS schedule and fare information, sell VVS and Deutsche Bahn tickets as well as event tickets, offer souvenirs for sale, book hotel rooms, and even provide post office services.
