Would you like to cancel your subscription? Please select the contractual partner with whom you have taken out the subscription here.

If you wish to cancel or change your subscription more easily, we recommend the following alternative methods for faster processing:

  • DB: Login to the DB subscription portal
  • SSB with polygoCard: Login in the SSB subscription administration
  • VVS Mobil or SSB Move app: For subscriptions ordered directly via the apps in the respective app under "Tickets" ►"Profile settings" (button top right) ►"Subscriptions" or via the cancellation link in the subscription confirmation or renewal email
  • polygo app: via the cancellation link in the subscription confirmation or renewal email

You must cancel your subscription through your subscription center, as other subscription centers do not have access to your contract documents. By clicking on the respective button, you will be redirected to the respective cancellation option on the (external) website of your subscription center. There, you only need to fill in the required identification details and submit the cancellation. You will then receive an automatic confirmation of receipt of your cancellation request and your request will be processed by the subscription center. If you ordered your subscription directly via the VVS Mobil app, you can access the subscription management section via the “Tickets” menu item and your personal settings (button at the top right). Please also note the VVS joint fare regulations for possible additional charges.

You took out your subscription through a subscription center, and only this center can make changes to your subscription. You can find out which subscription center is responsible for your account using the card number on your polygoCard (first 4 digits):

  • 6.234 Göppingen Subscription Center
  • 6.235 SSB
  • 6.313 DB
  • 6.318 IGP
  • 6.319 RAB

Alternatively, you can also find your contractual partner on your account statement or in the contract documents.

Kann ich meine polygoCard auch ohne VVS-Abo nutzen?

You no longer use the VVS service on a daily basis, but would still like to travel around the region by bus and train? Then why not use the weekly ticket, monthly ticket, or 10-day ticket for regular journeys? These are available alongside single tickets and day tickets via VVS mobil and other apps in the VVS network. After canceling your subscription, you can continue to use your polygoCard to purchase weekly tickets and monthly tickets at DB or SSB ticket machines and at selected sales outlets of regional transport companies until the end of the card's printed validity period. You do not need a new chip card for this.

You can use your existing polygoCard to purchase weekly or monthly tickets from ticket machines and to use other mobility services in the Stuttgart region. To do so, you must register with the respective partner. You can find an overview of the services on offer at mypolygo.de.
