HandyTicket

The VVS HandyTicket is a sales channel managed by Stuttgarter Straßenbahnen AG (SSB). For data protection reasons, customer data is stored exclusively there. The VVS, as the umbrella organization, has no access to the backend system.

Therefore, for specific questions about your data, registration, or possible ticket complaints, please contact the SSB directly.

Note on replacement in case of loss/destruction:
If the eTicket chip card is lost or destroyed, a replacement card can be ordered from the issuing subscription center. The replacement fee is €15.00. In this case, please contact your responsible subscription center directly.

Have you lost something on the S-Bahn, tram, or bus? No problem. Contact the transport company you traveled with. They will provide you with the best possible assistance.

DB Regio AG (S-Bahn, local trains)

The lost property office is now located in the LBBW building, which also houses the travel center.

You can reach the lost property office by calling the chargeable number 0900 1990599 (59 cents/min, mobile phone rates may vary).
